As we work together to support our students, clear communication is essential. To help ensure that your questions and concerns are addressed as quickly and effectively as possible, we kindly ask that you follow the district’s Chain of Contact. 

This process helps connect you directly with the person most familiar with your child’s situation. In many cases, concerns can be resolved quickly at the classroom or building level. If further assistance is needed, the contact chain outlines the next steps and who to reach out to. 

The same applies to athletics and extracurricular activities. Coaches and club advisors are the first point of contact for questions or concerns related to practices, games, or team/club matters. If additional support is needed, the Athletic Director and then the building administrator can help.

We have included a copy of the Chain of Contact document for your reference. Please keep it handy and use it whenever you need assistance. By working together in this way, we can ensure smooth communication and the best outcomes for our students.
