New Superintendent Selected

The Honeoye Central School District Board of Education has selected Mrs. Natalie Pfluke as their next Superintendent of Schools. Mrs. Pfluke will be appointed during a special Board of Education meeting on Monday, June 24, 2024, at 3:30 PM.

 

Mrs. Pfluke, a dedicated member of the Honeoye Central School District community for over four years, has been appointed as the new Superintendent. During this time, her journey with our District has seen her serve as an outstanding elementary school principal. Mrs. Pfluke comes to us with both small and large school experience as well as a well-rounded experience and skill set that has prepared her to step into the role of our next Superintendent. Mrs. Pfluke has District, building, and classroom experience, which set her apart in our interview process. Natalie has served at the district level as community liaison coordinator, central registrar, and coordinator of programming for the Rochester City School District. She served as assistant principal for the Greece Central School District and was a highly regarded math teacher for 14 years at Rochester City School District. Throughout her career, Mrs. Pfluke has been unwavering in her commitment to all learners and staff, focusing on building and maintaining strong trusting relationships, which she plans to continue in her new role.

She has the ability and proven track record of success to support and enhance our commitment to all students, with a strong emphasis on partnering with our community with the primary goal of unifying our entire community. We are very excited to see what the future holds for our school community. Mrs. Pfluke will assume the responsibilities of the Honeoye Central School District Superintendent position on July 1, 2024.
