2023 Capital Improvement Project Q & A Document

Since initially sharing information about the 2023 Capital Improvement Project, the district has received a number of inquiries from various stakeholders. In effort to ensure access of information by all stakeholders to comprehensive information about the CIP, the district is pleased to share this attached CIP Question and Answer document for community review and consideration of the proposed project.

  • November 14: CIP Presentation at Town of Richmond Board Meeting, 7:00pm
  • November 16: Capital Project Presentation during Virtual PTA Meeting, 6:00 (link provided by PTA)
  • November 29: Public Hearing at 6:00pm in the LGI
