Summer Meals Summer Meals InformationThe HCS Food Service is proud to announce that we will continue to provide “Grab-&-Go” breakfast and lunch meals throughout the summer for school-aged children living within the Honeoye Central School District. Our summer meal service will begin Monday, June 29th and will continue through Friday, August 28th. Breakfast and lunch meals will be available for pick up on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10:00 - 12:00. As has been the case with our “Covid-Closure” meal service this spring, families will receive two days-worth of meals on Mondays and Wednesdays and one day of meals on Fridays. (Please note that next week we will serve meals on Monday, June 29th, Wednesday, July 1st and Thursday, July 2nd and will NOT serve meals on Friday, July 3rd due to observance of the 4th of July holiday.) “Curb-side” pick up will be located at the district lobby entrance for the weeks of June 29th and July 6th. We are hopeful that meal service will move back up to the cafeteria and the front bus loop following the completion of capital project site work in early-July. If your children have already been receiving meals this spring, you do NOT need to sign up for summer meal service. *However, if you have NOT been receiving meals for your children this spring but would like to for the summer, please follow the link below and fill out this brief GoogleForm https://forms.gle/za3Yk9tpXQURcr7x8 to help us prepare to serve those interested. Please have the trunk cleaned out so the boxes of food can be put into it. Once your trunk is closed and tapped, you may drive away. This will be a no-touch distribution and proper social distancing must be maintained at all times.
