HCS Device Collection June 17 & 18, 2020

Dear HCS Families,

Device and materials collection will take place this week: Wednesday, June 17th from 1-6:30 pm, and Thursday, June 18th from 10:30 am - 3:30 pm.  This is for all students, UPK through 12th grade. At this time, we will be collecting technology devices, textbooks, novels, cameras, art supplies, etc. 

This collection will take place at the District Office Entrance.  If your student is in elementary school, please use the District Office doors to the right as you enter (closest to the auditorium).  If your student is in middle or high school, please use the double doors to the left (closest to the District Office).  If you have students at both levels, you are welcome to use either door.

We will have greeters outside who will let you know when it’s appropriate for you to exit your car and approach the doors.  Please remember that we must follow social distancing protocol.  We ask that you exercise patience, as you may need to wait a few minutes while we check in materials, and please maintain your distance while wearing a face covering.  

We will also have  any students’ personal belongings that were not yet picked up bagged and ready for you to take home at this event.
