Honeoye student wins Rennes/Rochester Sister Cities' Poster Contest.

Troa was the grand prize winner for the Rennes/Rochester Sister Cities' Poster Contest. He drew a beautiful picture of Rochester City Hall combined with the Rennes' Cathédrale de Saint-Pierre. He received a book and a certificate at Rochester City Hall on the 18th of October.
